Fit Mom, Healthy Baby: 7 Tips to Experience a Healthy Pregnancy and delivery

No Bake Rice Crispy Treats

1/2 box organic brown rice crisps

2/3 cup organic coconut oil

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup local honey

1 T organic vanilla

1 cup ground almonds

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup coconut sugar or 2 packets stevia

Mix together and grease pan w/ coconut oil and spread into pan.  Put in freezer and serve frozen.

Hi Paul,

I don’t like to talk negative about any other weight loss program out there, but always stress the importance of LONG-TERM, sustainable results.  There are thousands of diet and exercise plans that will get you to lose weight quickly, but the majority of people (research shows a whopping 86%) will gain it back.  If you’ve been on the “diet” roller coaster too long and want lasting results, my system is right for you.  Plus, it doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners and teaches you to eat whole, real foods….
