Paul:Hi Dr. DelRae,

What are your thoughts on Ideal Protein?

Dr. DelRae:

Hi Paul,

I don’t like to talk negative about any other weight loss program out there, but always stress the importance of LONG-TERM, sustainable results.  There are thousands of diet and exercise plans that will get you to lose weight quickly, but the majority of people (research shows a whopping 86%) will gain it back.  If you’ve been on the “diet” roller coaster too long and want lasting results, my system is right for you.  Plus, it doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners and teaches you to eat whole, real foods…. Not food from a box.  Cellular detox will give you those quick results you’re looking for without sacrificing your muscle.  The main reason people lose weight quickly on low-calorie diets is because they lose water weight and muscle.  This will decrease your metabolism and cause you to RE-GAIN weight as soon as you eat a piece of bread!!  No fun!  So, my advice is to always stick to a program that EDUCATES you on long-term changes to your lifestyle.
