I was recently interview by one of my friends and collegues, Dr. Fabrizio Mancini on his radio show, Self-Healing with Dr. Fab on Hay House Radio!!  We had so much fun talking about simple ways to stay green when spring cleaning not only your house, but also your body!

Fit Friday Pregnancy Workout
Finding time to balance work and family isn’t easy. That’s usually why getting in a good
workout is the last thing on our mind. Fortunately, research shows short duration, higher
intensity workouts produce BETTER results than long bouts of cardio. And, you don’t
need any fancy equipment to do it. Who doesn’t want to work out in half the time from
the comfort of your own home? I used to be a cardio junkie. I thought it took hours at
the gym to lose weight and body fat… boy, I was wrong!
My workout today included Fit Body Bands and light weights. Feeling better than ever
at almost 7 months along! Being fit and healthy during pregnancy is so important for not
only Mom, but also baby!
2 Rounds:
15 squat thrusters with 12 lb weights
15 torso twist each side with green Fit Body Band
1 min burst on treadmill (6.0 incline at 4.0mph)
16 reverse lunge/lat pull down with black Fit Body Band
16 forward lunge/chest press with black Fit Body Band
16 step up/bicep curl with 12 lb weights
1 min plank on physio ball
1 min burst on treadmill (7.0 at 4.0 mph)
Hi Dr. Delrae,
I am looking for some much needed help!!! Long story short, I am a mother of three. I
have pretty much tried EVERY diet out there, like I am sure tons of people have. I lost the
weight after my twins so easy, and now this last pregnancy cause me to gain alot more
weight! Me and my friend started our first day of the Master Cleanse today..Salt water
flush in the morning, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and syrup 6-10 times a day
then a laxative tea at night……….so far, absolutly horrible!!:(I am just looking for an honest opinion and help… from a mom to mom!

Hi Kristin! You’re not alone.. there are so many people I work with that feel
EXACTLY like you do! First, there is a reason why you felt so crappy on a
fasting cleanse…. there is no way to maintain muscle when you’re not eating.
From a mom to another mom, I don’t know how it would be possible to cleanse or
detox my body and not eat. That’s why my detox system is a lifestyle change. It
